4. Digital Credits & Purchases

NearDearLove operates on a credit-based system. Users may purchase credits to access premium features such as chats, visibility boosts, and gifts. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

You agree that all purchases made through our payment partners are final, and your use of credits constitutes acceptance of our payment terms and refund policy outlined in Section 17.

5. Subscription Plans

Some features may be available through auto-renewing subscriptions. You will be notified before renewal and may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for unused time or credits.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you post or upload but grant NearDearLove a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

7. Prohibited Content

• Illegal, defamatory, or obscene material
• Content promoting discrimination or hate speech
• Solicitation for prostitution or escort services
• Copyrighted material without permission

8. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, trademarks, and software on NearDearLove are owned by or licensed to NearDearLove Digital. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

NearDearLove Digital is not responsible for user interactions, disputes, or damages resulting from use of the Platform. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or compatibility outcomes.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NearDearLove Digital, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

17. Refund and Chargeback Policy

All purchases on NearDearLove Digital are final. Our services operate on a credit-based system, where users purchase digital credits to access premium communication features and visibility tools. Once credits are added to your account, they are considered consumed and non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued for unused credits, partial usage, or dissatisfaction with matches or experiences. Refunds will only be considered in cases of technical errors such as duplicate charges or failed credit delivery.

To request review of a billing issue, contact support@neardearlove.com within 48 hours of the transaction. Verified claims will be resolved within 7 business days.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may lead to immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
