Our team treats all content removal requests with utmost seriousness and endeavors to edit or remove content violating our Terms of Service promptly.
Your report remains completely confidential. When reporting content, your name or any other information about you will not be visible to the user who posted the content.
If you encounter or become a victim of content that you know personally to be:
- Non-consensual production and/or distribution of your image (e.g., Revenge porn, blackmail, exploitation).
- Content that reveals personally identifiable information (e.g., Name, address, phone number, IP address).
- Content that falls under the category of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Otherwise abusive and/or illegal content.
Please send us an email to support@OnlyLocalClub.com with the following details:
- Your legal name
- Type of content being reported
- URLs of the content
- Your involvement in the content or your knowledge regarding its lack of consent or CSAM status
- Any additional information aiding in processing your request
- If you are submitting on behalf of someone else who has the content, indicate your relationship to them.
Complaints about non-consensual content undergo immediate investigation and processing. Other reported complaints are typically investigated and processed within seven business days.
We reserve the right to block access to materials subject to removal requests at any time. It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users violating our Terms of Service or third-party rights, and we will promptly block access to any materials breaching these rules. Upon receiving a legitimate notice, we will disable access to the material and attempt to notify the responsible user.
Should we receive a valid counter-notice, including a sworn statement stating misidentification, we will restore access to the material within 7 days, unless informed of legal action seeking an injunction against the material.
For those believing a notice of infringement to be incorrect or inaccurate, and/or experiencing wrongful removal or disabling, a counter-notice can be submitted. The information in the counter-notice must be accurate and truthful, and the sender consents to jurisdiction and service acceptance.
Submit a counter-notice to support@OnlyLocalClub.com, including:
- Detailed description of the removed or disabled material
- Location of the material before removal (preferably specific URLs)
- A statement asserting wrongful removal or disabling under penalty of perjury
- Sender's address, telephone number, and email
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction and service acceptance.
pon receipt of a valid counter-notice, it will be forwarded to the original claimant. We will cease to block access to the disputed material within 7 days, provided no legal action is taken by the original claimant seeking a court order against the recipient's activities related to the material.
