1. Digital Credits and Non-Refundable Services
NearDearLove operates on a digital credit system. When you purchase credits, they are instantly added to your account and can be used to access premium features such as messaging, visibility boosts, and gifts. Because credits are considered a digital product that becomes available immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once credits are delivered to your account.
You acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund for any partially used or unused credits or subscriptions.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or encountered a billing error, please contact oursupport team within 48 hours of the transaction. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be fully refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellations
If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Canceling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or previous billing period.
4. Technical Issues
In rare cases where a technical error prevents credit delivery or access to a purchased feature, please notify us immediately. After verification, we will restore the missing credits or feature within a reasonable timeframe. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be processed at our discretion.
5. Unauthorized Transactions
If you suspect unauthorized or fraudulent use of your payment method, contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Our team can assist in resolving the issue promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban to prevent abuse of our payment system.
6. Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider for a legitimate purchase made on NearDearLove Digital may be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks and provide supporting evidence to our payment partners.
Users found engaging in fraudulent chargebacks may have their account permanently banned and future transactions blocked.
